I just got my HTC Hero yesterday. I was very impressed, but when I wasn't able to connect to my wireless AP I got very frustrated.
The router I have is a NETGEAR MR814v2. I normally use it with 64bit WEP security. When I try to connect on my hero, I get prompted for a password, which I then fill in, and then it just says "Remembered, secured with WEP". So it doesn't connect. And it doesn't give me the Wifi icon in the top.
Has anyone experienced anything similar? Any solutions?
