Help WiFi Xoom android 3.1 Help

Today I got the upgrade to version to Android 3.1 for my xoom WiFi, When I check the market, I don't have the new movie rentals tab.

someone help me to solve this problem,

I tried several times to factory data reset and nothing works

I just got the 3.1 update this morning. Checked the market first thing and had the movie tab. Might want to try another reboot to see if that fixes it.
