im in salvador and im on wifi it showd up white instead of green and the only apps getting internet id youtube and browser what can i do i am not rooted yet

Happens to me a lot when I am at home. I have to toggle the wifi off then back on for it to work.

If this has to do with a problem NOT RELATED to root, then it should not be in the root section.

When you are out of a service area (ie you are traveling) you need to set the time manually like so.
