I'm wondering if there is a program that will work for the Galaxy S(Captivate) to allow a controller to connect? I've read reviews on the Wii remote that say it doesn't work for the Galaxy S. Anyone know of any alternatives? I'd REALLY like to play my ROMS with a controller.
I would assume the other gamepad that works with the GamePro drivers would also work.
In the leaked 2.2 firmwares, like the JPK which I'm using (and can thoroughly recommend), bluetooth HID profile is supported. Sadly it still doesn't work with WiiMotes (we're really waiting for a cyanogenmod ROM for that to happen), but it does mean that bluetooth keyboards and mice work. I'll post up a video showing my GS with my BT keyboard and mouse later today, possibly tomorrow if I get time.
OK, made a video showing the HID profile support in the new 2.2 builds Unfortunately I'm in NZ and on our slow-as-molasses broadband, so it won't be up until later. Happy to answer any questions people have then.
