Hi
I am sorry but I am not a very technical person and I am at my wits end today.... I have been having ongoing issues with my phone and I have had to do another factory reset today only to have to claim under my insurance as the power button is not functioning. So I called Orange, synced my contacts and calender entries which didn't work so that is all lost but what I am most needing help with please is I backed up my text messages (SMS Backup & Restore) but when I have downloaded the app again they seem to have been lost!!!!! I downloaded ES File Explorer and after searching all over they seem to be in the file titled LOST.DIR
Please help.........
