Will a hd2 charger be ok for my desire

Hi guys,im out at moment an my desire is running low,however I do have a hd2 charger,do you think that would work ok,i know all nokia chargers are compatible but are htc the same, thanks.

The HD2 charger will be fine in terms of voltage and current. Connector wise, I'm not sure what the HD2 uses.

shouldn't any micro usb cable be fine?

yeah cables are fine,but i have an actual charger from an HD2 so wasnt sure about current etc
