Will buying from Wirefly lose my Metro Warranty?

Quick question guys.

I want to buy this phone new from Wirefly... If I do so, and the phone has rebooting issues in the future, would Metro Corporate stores have my back, or would they say to take it up with Wirefly, or any other re-seller?

As long as you have the $5 insurance from metro it aint going to matter. I bought my originally one from wirefly, and had it replaced at the corporate store when I screwed mine up during the cwm testing stage, and they had no problem exchanging it.
