Accessories Will HTC EVO Battery work with Droid Incredible

I opted for the black version on eBay from bidallies for $14.95 shipped. Same battery different color and works great.

If you look hard enough, there is an EVO 1800 out there (in red) that also fits and works without changing out the battery door.

I am using these now and they work great!

My black 1500mah off eBay works great with marked improvement over the original HTC battery after a few charges and fits perfect (although snug/tight.) Now curious about this 1800 version mentioned above...

Which exact one do you have? The one in the first post of this thread or from bidallies?

Actually it is this one:
1
Genuine OEM Battery For Sprint HTC Touch Pro 2 Pro2 - eBay (item 260667985656 end time Oct-02-10 10:37:14 PDT)

Seller accepted $10 offer w/free shipping (posted price is $12.41).
This battery was referenced in a previous thread and works great in my Incredible, even though not listed as compatible. It does show to work for the Evo...

Thanks! He just accepted my offer of 18$ for two!

cause the 1800 is not actually 1800 anyway, its like 1600. they SHOULD have done a 1500 just like the EVO. its a mistake on HTC part indeed

Cool. Please let us know if you see better performance from them.

2 hours of awake time and 13 hours of up time.

58%

Not a heavy use day for me but I've probably made 30 minutes of phone calls, 20 texts, 15 minutes of word feud, 20 minutes of Gchat and maybe 30 minutes of twitter and internet use.

This is on the first charge also. I think I'm going to love this battery!

I just got 3hrs awake time with 60hrs up time with the EVO battery; with about 18% battery left. I'm not sure if CardioTrainer counts as awake time(I used it for about 1.5hrs straight/GPS on) and rest was just Facebook/text/browsing and I think like 3 1min phone calls.

It really only got that high because I kept forgetting to charge it.

so, what do you guys think.... aftermarket 1800 or oem HTC 1500? Which is going to last longer? I of course realize the 1800 SHOULD, but unsure of quality. Hoping those that have them can chime in. I currently have a 1500, and of course wish it lasted longer.

Is your 1500 from bidallies? I have both the 1500 and the 1800 from Chichitec. While I think the 1500 is great, the 1800 has been fantastic. I'm getting 20-25% more life than the 1500. YMMV.
