Root Will i be able to access other 3g networks if i root my phone

I Just cancelled my T mobile account where i has 3g data. However, i signed up with the carrier SIMP-Mobile. They told me right now the phone doesn't work with there 3g network and it would be about 2 months before 3g Will work.

Will rooting a phone be able to solve this problem, will it allow me to access 3g on Simp mobiles network

At the very least you'll probably need a sim card from them. Why don't you call them and ask?
