I'm currently using Cricket Wireless, I just bought this V35 and found it is not letting me update the android OS from 8.0.0 and I need the update in order to use LG Pay app... I searched online for a method but I am not sure if AT&T service is required in order to receive the 10.0 update?

and the only v35 i see with the android 10 update is from att.....curious is this the unlocked model?
the only way to get to android 10 that i see is to root the phone, get a custom recovery and flash a custom rom with android 10.

The phone came with AT&T packaging and preinstalled apps but was labeled as unlocked on the amazon listing...
to verify, what is your exact model number?
LM-V350AWM is what I found under model number in the settings app of my phone
well so officially you are most likely on the latest update and does not look like there is android 10 in your future.....but that can change just do not see anything for android 10 as of yet.

I joined AT&T and was immediately notified in the settings app of a software update.
It had me downloading software updates all day but I am now on Android 10 and can use LG Pay!
NICE!!!!!!!
