When I was in high school (don't ask when, it will only depress me) I worked at a Chinese restaurant. Every Sunday night after closing we'd disassemble all the ventilation covers and filters (mostly stainless steel) load them on kids red wagons and run them through the car wash next door. It worked great.

I didn't post this topic to be a joke but seriously thought about it. Why get all the grease in my driveway when I can decrease it and let it drain at a carwash. I wish there were some kind of BBQ grill inserts with a hole (to drain the oil) that can placed on the bottom and easily removed when your done to be washed.
