Root Will not root!

I feel like a noob all over again lol

but i cannot get either script to root this phone. Its on ZVC and i tried PG as well as Dan's methods and noth return this error:

Pull the battery-put it back in and power it up while holding down the power and volume down. Thinking it didn't load the USB drivers/second set so its not see the phone
Kind of looks as though you have another device plugged in or a different cmd window open...

Noob question: Do you think it may be the connect drivers interfering?(if you have them installed or not)

Thanks bro! just doing a reboot of the phone helped, and i uninstalled the drivers last night lol, just activated the phone and that was the first reboot though. idk if that makes a difference or not. But #2 here i come lol im just so excited!

well i seem to have that problem when i get lazy and dont want to extract that root material to my desktop . but once i do it say waiting on device, i know how that can be a pain
