Help Will not sync

My Ex 8 on the hour every hour sends a notification tone, when I check I get the message Sony "Ericsson cannot sync try later". I believe all my settings are correct but would appreciate any advice in what needs doing to correct this please
 
Unfortunately the Sony Ericsson Sync service is currently down for maintenance. Hopefully this will be resolved soon, I apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
