Root Will ota root keeper work if super SU is installed?

If you're looking to be able to save root related to over-the-air (OTA) installations (you didn't say why or in what context you're looking to save root for--but that's the typical reason), then you might want to have a look at Chainfire's FlashFire app:

It can flash full firmware packages from various manufacturers, as well as apply over-the-air (OTA) and ZIP updates - all while maintaining root, and without using a custom recovery. Relevant files can be stored on internal storage, SD cards, USB connected storage, or can even be streamed directly to and from your computer using USB or Wi-Fi.​

I've not actually used this myself, so I can't really guide you on it's usage, so be sure to read, read, read through all of the documentation and support links for any gotchas.

Yes I wish to keep root or restore it after OTA update. I learnt applying OTA on rooted phones bricks it. So I would love an alternative to disable root or possibly backup then apply the OTA then restore my root rights. Getting to root this device was very stressful and difficult. So I wouldn't want to lose my roots privilege after upgrading to 7.0.
