im really sick of using my old iphone 3gs lol
I've read some threads that saying to wait for att to release galaxy s2.
so im wondering if i buy s2 from Hong Kong or UK, will it work on att?
if it does, why dont these people just buy one, then sell the new coming up Iphone5 on ebay to get shit load of money LOL?

btw, is there any new android phone coming up? i don't mind to wait til September

The currently available EU phone will work on AT&T's HSPA+ network, giving max speeds in the neighborhood of 7 Mbps. I've been using one for 2+ months on AT&T, using an old 3G SIM and the equally old $30/month unlimited smartphone 3G data plan.

Nothing definitive yet on US carrier rollouts, but it does appear that all 4 major US carriers will have some version of the SGS2 available in the next month or two. It's rumored that the AT&T version of the SGS2 will have LTE capability, something you can't get from the EU phone.

Yes it does work on ATT. Im running it on that. I get nowhere near 7mbps down though. Close to 4 on a good day. :)
