Help Will the dock kill my screen?

If I leave my phone on the dock while I sleep, with the screen dimmed, is there any chance of burning the screen?

Screen burning is a result of thousands of hours of the same image on the screen. Considering that its dim, and only for say 8-10 hours at a time, you will have no repercussion, as the phone screen is dynamic or off those other 12-14

I thought mine did, but it doesn't. I was affected with a bug that only hit .1% of launch droids and it burns out the bottom half of your screen. I may still return the dock though, even though it wasn't the problem. Does anyone know if i have an alarm set for 6:00 am and my phone is off, will it turn my phone on to use the alarm?

I've never heard of a phone turning itself on for the alarm. I've always wanted mine to, but no, I believe you need to have your phone on for it to be able to act on the alarm.
