will there be a htc android tablet

i kind-of want a tablet but i saw the galaxy tab thought it was ok but not so good i love my evo and keep her forever but i want to know if htc will make a tab for sprint i think it would = beast

As always, technology coming out will eventually eclipse the current technology. There have been many rumors of tablets from Motorola, HTC, and others, but for right now, the best Android tablet (aside from cost) is the Galaxy Tab. We'll see what the future hold, but so far, nothing is confirmed.
 
i did just find out about the htc scribe which is a new trademark htc made now all i want to know is when probably later 2011???? and will it be sprint

Does it have to be on a carrier? Are you looking to replace your EVO with a tablet? I sure hope that tablets don't become carrier specific like some phones are. That would suck.

I hope Moto, HTC, LG, and Samsung would just make wifi only tablets.
 
*IF* they are going to have anything, look for an announcement on Jan 6th at CES. If nothing there then don't look for anything from them in the near future.

I too am hoping for an HTC tablet as their phones have proven to me they know how to make a smart device.

Hmmm - I saw that rumor too. I hope it is either false, or that they have two options for screen size. a 7 inch tablet is DOA to me no matter who makes it. I'm just not plopping down my money on a 7 inch tablet.
 
i agree and disagree because a 7inch tablet is way more portable but a huge screen with high resolution is great but if they make a in between-er and have super high resolution i vote for that

Agreed. At time, my iPad feels a bit too big, but the Tab always felt too small to me. Something in between the two, like an 8-8.5 inch would be ideal IMO

I totally disagree. I have the archos 70 and LOVE the size. I'd like a 10 inch tab for home use, but 7 is perfect for me in terms of portability.
