They only leave out a couple of facts - the ones that would answer your question. Basically, how does it connect to the phone? If it's by microUSB port then yes, it will work with any phone that has a microUSB port.

No, the S2 is way bigger than the Elite. That battery is bigger than a normal battery and that's why it comes with that hideous back panel that sticks out to accommodate the over sized battery. That back panel is specifically made to snap on the back of an S2 and won't fit an Elite.
