It doesn't list the amperage output capacity. I have noticed that some generic chargers, anything ≤ 500ma will not charge the phone.
So yes it will plug into the phone, will it charge it. Maybe. I would look to buy something that listed the amperage output capacity of 700ma or up to 1A

Lots of discount chargers will work if they are manufactured to specs. However, I always recommend purchasing from a reliable, known manufacturer that has some type of guarantee. It only takes 1 bad electrical incident to ruin your device.
