Root will this combo work

if someone has a 3.70 new evo with the new radios, and we root it, then I put on myns rls 4 with the sbc netarchy kernel, wil that combo be compatible with the new radio since it is a 3.30 based rom?

That combo should work, but you might need to downgrade your PRI to 1.77. That's pretty much the only major incompatibility. Since you're not going to use a HTC kernel, you should be fine, otherwise. Another options to wait until RLS5 is released in the next few days. It is based on 3.70.
