i have a droid and my power button is stuck but it works sometimes and sometimes the power button works on its on. so do you think the will give me a replacement
 
I have the same problem. Im waiting until Droid2 comes out and the Droid isn't sold anymore...free upgrade! I've done this with many other phones as well. My last phone they actually just gave me a new one flat out and said here ya go have fun!

I wouldn't count on getting a free upgrade. I'm sure Verizon will keep some refurbished units around for just that situation.
 
Dont Count on it, My girl had to replace her phone recently. She has the EnV2, and is near her contract renewal, she received a Refurb EnV2.....LOL
 
My friend had the same problem, went in and gave it to them, an hour later new (refurb probably) phone with working button
