Will we be able to video chat with iphone 4g users?

Because the iPhone 4 is actually a really good phone(minus the easily fixable antena issue) if you can live with the iTunes/App store/No External storage limitations and a LOT of people are going to have this phone. It'd be nice to video chat with them no matter what phone they're using.

Yeah two of my friends have the new iphones
 
I few of my friends and family members (sheep) still use iPhones. It would be cool to be able to video chat with them. They would say, "Huh? You don't have an iPhone. How are we videochatting??" That and I can videochat on 3G. :D

It is easily fixable. Bumper case, lance armstrong bracelet, rubber band, scotch tape, etc. Anything that keeps you from conductively bridging the two antenas will keep it from happening.

Wait for an update. I'd bet it will support the front facing camera very soon. You know, after they go rebuild the app from the ground up using c, c#, or objective c as per the new app developer agreement :rolleyes:

i didn't realize it was that much of an issue
maybe that's why they created their own case this time around ha
 
I hope they can video chat with each other,..
I want to Fring while driving down the road to a friend, while he stands within 20ft of his router.
 
4g, as in 4th generation iphone (as it is commonly referred to) vs 4th generation cellular wireless standards

Tit for tat, come on, get with the program.
