Root will we get a lg jellybean ROM?

I've seen that the lg optimus g has got a jellybean update.. Could it be possible to Port it over somehow?

I doubt it considering the OG is a 8960 S4 chipset vs s3 msm8660 of the spectrum.

Theres a chance of seeing Jellybean but that only depends if LG sets goals and theres a good number of activated Spectrums left by first quarter. Same goals Motorola made for their Droid devices.

I dont mind if i have to wait longer than other phone to get JB update, as long as LG (and VZ) keep commit to include Spectrum on their JB upgrade list.

Only bad thing about jellybean is the security included for locked devices. Root exploits and boot methods are changing which will destroy root on install and permanently lock boot loaders and change the boot sequence of a kernel
The problem were expected to have on the Droid Razr soon.
