So I read that wimax will be ending and LTE will replace it, so I'm kinda confused on the LTE vs Wimax....is that only for like 4g, or does it affect 3g as well?
I personally don't use 4g as it drains the battery and where I live I have wifi, and no 4g coverage so it's rare that I even use 4g.
I have a Samsung epic 4g, and it is wimax, but I was curious if the wimax part was just 4g or 3g AND 4g.
If it is 3g as well, and they are phaseing it out, then what do people like me do that cannot really afford a new phone at the moment, are we just left in the cold, or will boost offer a rebate of some sort towards a newer phone perhaps?
