Help Windows cannot see Nexus?

Its not even asking for drivers, I dont get that far. I have tried two Win 7 x64 and an XP machine. None of them even act like im plugging in the Nexus. I do have it rooted but with the standard ROM. Something im missing?

Edit, my laptop does see it when its in recovery. I was able to do the fastboot commands just fine.

Sheesh, nevermind. Apparently it doesnt like my Moto Droid data cable? Nice....
