Help Windows Live! email issue

Greetings!
I've continually had the following issue with HTC phone's and AT&T went so far as to upgrade me with the HTC Inspire to try and solve this issue:
Windows Live bleeds ALL my email(s) to my phone and thus CHEWS UP my Data plan.
HTC & AT&T have gone thru the phone from a LAN line and have NO idea what the cause is.
Any notion's?

Do ALOT of reading and Downgrade your phone, then root via ace hack kit, then flash a recovery, then flash a custom ROM like COREDROID or Android Revolution, which are both sense based roms but have the latest commits from AOSP and HTC. This issue will go away.
