Help Winows Vista 64 issues

I cant get my Galaxy to connect to my PC. I've searched through the posts on this iste and tried everything. Has anyone has the same issues and managed to fix it.

I've not upgraded the firmwear as the phone is running AOK and I don't want to mess is up.

Anyone help?
 
There's a few of us on 64os be it vista or windows 7 and the methods described have worked. You cannot flash firmware without getting this working anyway. Have you installed the latest nps?
