Root Wipe battery stats now, or wait?

An app that I run, E-rewards mobile, is notorious for using a lot of battery... GPS, whatever, ... just installed Greenify and my battery stats report it taking 45% of battery time... screen is just 20%...

I'd like to reset my battery stats so I can see if Greenify is making a big difference, but I'm afraid I'll hose my installation and have to unbrick, reroot, restore. Should I wait, or would that help me out?

PS... curently running Collab ROM with of course 2nd init CWM5 recovery.

Thanks,

I* have never had any issues from deleting the battery stats. Its basically just a log file. A reset is simply a deletion of the file A new one will be automatically created.
this van be done at anytime. the battery does not have to be fully charged

Thanks. So I wiped ' em after I had fully charged to 100%. After boot, the battery said it was only 89%, interesting. Thanks for sharing your exp with it.

Battery stats gets wiped every time the device charges to 100%.

Wiping it really doesn't do anything else

i charge my battery to 100, then unplug the charger, reboot
often the stats are nor correct.
i charge till 100 again this usually makes sure its charged to fullest capacity.
which helps when away from a place to charge up for awhile
