Root Wiped sd card!!!

I accidently wiped my sd card while attempting a rom flash (Mik G v1.04). Now I dont know what to do. i can get into recovery and bootloader but im lost from there. Need help.....

Unless u made q back is ur SD prior to trying to flash MikG then I'm not sure what u can do

Well thank the Android gods for all the great and I really do mean this Great, Fantastic People out there cuz I was told to Just plug into the computer Via usb and go into recovery and Enable the usb-ms and i should be able to put in the needed files. I hope that helps anybody else out there that screws up like i did.

You could also just take out the SD card and use a card reader to place the new rom files in there. Then flash.
