Wirefly return policy only 30 MINUTES ALLOWED??!!!

Anyone else read this? It's not listed on the website under the return policy/100% Satisfaction section but it shows when you're in the checkout process. Is this 30 mins talk time or total phone usage (power on)? If so, how is anyone supposed to evaluate a phone with only 30 mins??
