Root Wireless ADB anyone?

Im pretty sure this has been around for a while, but I just found it and have not heard anyone mention it around here before. Basically it allows you to connect to your phone through ADB wirelessly just like it was connected from usb. You can push/pull files, login to the shell etc.

I downloaded this, was able to connect, but can't do ADB Shell..am I missing something?
 
I've just downloaded adbWireless. I turn it on and it tells me from my computer to run 'adb connect 192.168.0.3:5555'. How do I do this? I've tried typing it into the run program in windows7, typing it at the command prompt and also into the address bar of my web browser but nothing works. What am I doing wrong?
