Help wireless b g n issues

If you mean WiFi then yes the Indulge is WiFi capable. I have no issues connecting to WiFi on my phone. I am a little thrown off by "b g n", what do you mean by that?
 
Of course I'm aware that the indulge can connect to wifi I use it every day. The problem is that I got a new router. Older routers are mixed b and g signals which is limited up to 54mbps. The new router is wireless N which stands for Next generation which is up to 270mbps. My phone will not connect to the router when it is in N mode. It will only connect when my router is in mixed b and g mode.

What I'm saying is why is this? That website says that the indulge supports wireless b/g/n
 
Oh okay I see what you are saying. Maybe just the type of router you have is incompatible when put in that mode. I would try it with other routers to determine if its a problem with either the phone or router.
 
I have a N speed router as well, but it will only connect at G speeds of 54 mbps. Not sure why. I have tried numerous routers as well.
 
It's a misadvertisement by Samsung.
The phone cannot connect at N speeds. If I recall correctly, it can "interact" with N speed devices, but can connect to the router per se due to a missing setting from Samsung.
I believe someone had threatened to report them to the BBB for that, but I wouldn't hold my breath for sections...
