Wireless Charging Quirks?

Hello,

I want to hear from folks who utilize a Qi standard wireless charging system for their Droid DNA. I have been using mine for about two weeks, and noticed a strange quirk with the system: The battery always stops charging at 99%. I am using Battey Bot Pro to see the charging status in 1% increments. I don't think this issue is with the battery app, as the phone also alerts when the battery reaches 100% (status LED blinks from red to green). At this point, the issue is really almost silly to worry about, but I wanted to hear from other folks who may have noticed a similar thing? At first I thought that having WiFi and data on during idle may have prevented the full 100% charge, but then thought twice about that since the DNA uses such a tiny amount of juice in idle.

I am using the Nokia Fatboy btw.

Thanks,
Al

I'm using the Nexus 4 Orb. Mine charges to 100%, but that last little bit seems to take longer than with the standard charger. I charge mine at work while Pandora is playing and the screen is constantly on with Pandora, so that may be affecting mine, too.

I did my research on the battery university website before deciding that wireless charging will not degrade the battery worse than wired charging, over a normal lifespan. Which for me is usually 1.5 - 2 years. I would highly recommend that website for folks who are very technical about everything, like myself.

Update on wireless charging: still getting the 99% deal, but simply picking up the phone and setting it back to charge bumps it up to 100% in about 5 minutes.
