Are you talking about Bluetooth devices? If you are talking about a USB mouse and keyboard, those are made for, and rely on drivers for, Windows. I've heard of someone luckily having one that "just works," but never a set. I myself bought a Bluetooth keyboard and a wired USB mouse, but I ended up taking them both back. I did this as a new user and I really thought about my purchases. I took the mouse back because Android is a touchscreen operating system, so after a bit, I realized it was foolish to have a mouse on a touchscreen. The keyboard was Bluetooth and I took it back because I felt it was akward using it and the Acer Iconia A500. Just my call on both of these, but if you go for a keyboard and mouse still, I'd recommend Bluetooth.
