Hey guys,
After doing a good amount of thread hunting and looking over the developer's website, i was wondering if anyone has been able to use wireless tether with access control enabled. While this isn't a huge deal since WEP encryption still works, i'd still like this feature since it's offered. I only use this app when I'm on campus and the building doesn't have wi-fi. If anyone has any suggestions let me know please (I've tried tinkering with all the settings including LAN settings).
On another note, i was wondering if anyone uses the TBH tether patch. I run fission and recently applied the TBH tether patch 1.0 found on the fission rom manager. Is there any way to test if the patch worked other than trying out the 3g hotspot and waiting for the verizon bill? I'm very cautious doing this because Verizon's pay-per-use charges are ridiculous. (got charged 160$ for one day's 3g data use because they messed up turning it back on my droid x that got replaced).
Any input would be appreciated

Besides, the kernel is missing a necessary option to that would enable access control.
