Wireless tether

I downloaded the wireless tether apk from code.google.com. Downloaded the second from the top (I think 2.01 or 2.02, not the experimental one) Install and startup of program went fine. However, my ipod cannot find the Captivate via Wifi. Anybody having luck with this?

This application requires a "rooted"-device and a custom-kernel which supports netfilter (iptables)! Please see the FAQ for detailed information.

Have you installed a custom kernel on your phone that supports netfilter? I'm not sure if the kernel that ships with the Captivate has this option installed or not, but it sounds like most phones don't include this feature.
