Root Wireless tether

How can i tether my LG Optimus T, ive tried many things but im no good at it, can someone give me step by step instructions?

No need to tether when you have hotspot just enable it in the settings.

Word. It's terribly easy. Go to the apps menu> settings > wireless & networking > tethering and wifi > wifi hotspot. Give it 5 seconds and you've got yourself a hotspot.
