There is no one-click method to sbf back to stock. The closest thing there is to a one-click is the Maderstock file which is one file that is flashed through clockwork recovery. The problem with Maderstock is it's not compatible with Gingerbread so it will not work to go from GB to Froyo.
And if you are on Froyo and just trying to get to a fresh install then it's just easier to do a factory reset. Or creat a backup of your fresh clean Froyo install and flash it should you need to. This is assuming you are rooted and have droid 2 bootstrap installed. Some will say you should use droid x bootstrap on Froyo but you will have to have usb debugging off so it's just easier to use d2 bootstrap.
