Help Won't auto connect to wifi after 4.3

Ever since I've installed 4.3 (via OTA, not root), my GNex won't automatically connect to wifi. I have to go into the wifi settings where it shows all available networks, then it will remember the one it's supposed to be on and connect. Any help/suggestions?

I also have this problem; I work at a University with an staff network so it used to disconnect/connect as I went from building to building, even walking past campus buildings, and then connect to our home network as soon as I parked my car outside the house. Shortly prior to JB update, it wouldn't connect at all except to the University 'guest' network (insecure) although it would still work automatically with our home one, and then since, it will only connect when I tell it to.

I did n't have this issue with my 4.3 update. Shot in the dark:

- unlearn the wifi network and relearn it
- the phone did a reboot during the update, but maybe reboot one more time
