Help Wont boot up

Hello i have a samsung galaxy s4 mini GT-i9195 and i installed cyanogenmod 11 and i went into recovery mode and wiped data and cache and data cache and dalvik cache and formatted system i don't know why!!! and it won't boot up now please help me if my phone is broken my parents are gonna kill me!!!!!
please help!

Just go into recovery and flash the rom and gapps again. The system you wiped is the phone's operating system so there's nothing for it to boot right now
 
Yes but i can't now because i used rom manager to flash the rom and i don't have access to odin because my computer can't download it

Thanks for the reply but i can't reflash the rom because i used rom manager to flash it and i wiped the data so i have nothing on my phone now!!

There are several options you have to fix this but honestly I'd suggest to do an emergency restoration via Samsung Kies. Of course you need computer to do so.
