Help won't install firmware

Hi,
I have a Galaxy S2 GT-I9100. Version 4.0.3. I got a message saying there was an update. I downloaded it and message said do you want to install. I clicked ok and after a short time the phone rebooted. I then got a message saying that the firmware failed to install. The phone keeps downloading this new update and asked me to install it. Each time it fails to install. Any ideas??
 
yes, kies on the pc. phone detected but no message. the phone keeps downloading this update and askes if i want to install it. when i click ok it tries to install, but each time it gives the same message. now when the message comes up to install i have been clicking later and it gives a message of when, so i have to click from 1 hour up to one day. i have this phone on a contract from crazy johns. the phone works ok. last update was ok, but this one is not.:mad:
 
This happened to me a few times, but I persisted.

Eventually it upgraded.

Be grateful yours hasn't. I would give anything to go back to 4.0.3 :(
