Help wont let me wipe cache (error)

hi guys i have just recieved a galaxy s4 off my brother , it is on the 3 uk network and i has not been rooted.

it lets me wipe the factory data

BUT

everytime i have tried to wipe the cache it says ERROR and then restarts itself

also when i go into recovery mode the little green android man has a red triangle sign from his chest and it says NO COMMAND.

can any one advice me please

Sorry, I don't have a fix for you. I just like to reconfirm that this is just your isolated issue, but in fact, a known problem among most of the I9505 users. Regardless whether the device is telco branded or international unlocked.
