Help Wont send pictures! HELP!

my kyo hydro wont send any picture messages! i receive and sent texts but when i recieve a text i get 2 of every message! help!
 
If you are using a battery manager that turns off 3g data, you cant send a picture msg if data is turned off.
Mine battery app sometimes is a bit tardy turning data back on, i manually pop it on, go back to msg, hit edit then resend.

might check that
 
Are you using Handcent or any other messenger app other than the built in one? I used to use that and I had it set to Default and I was not able to receive MMS but I was able to receive texts. And I would receive 2 copies of the text, one in the built in app and one in Handcent.
