Woman at work has brought her kids Tab in and it wont turn on at all. Apparently the bairn has been playing it and not realised its running out of charge, so it has just shut down.
Plugged into mains but no charging light coming on.
I have tried the usual hold, power button in for 30 seconds, power and volume button, and also power and touch on screen.
Samsung are sending a bag out for it to be sent off but is there anything else I could try before it comes to that?
