Won't update-No memory?

Tried to update, using wifi, said error occurred during download, out of memory.....any suggestions??

Unless you have a bunch of apps and pics or music saved to the phone instead of an external sd that shouldnt be happening. If you are the original owner and have not mucked qwith the system files you can always warranty it. Start with a factory data reset, if you call in they are going to have you do one anyway. If it still won't go then you are probably best off swapping it out.

Same here. Called VZW, they said to do a hard reset, or wait and see the update pushes to the phone. I'm waiting a week or two before I do a reset. Other people in my area are getting the update, so it's probably my phone, just don't want to do a reset yet.

Went to VZW store because my 4G quit working. They replaced my SIM card. This fixed my 4G and also fixed my upgrade issue.
