Wont update

Just got the phone about a week ago it updated on the 6th but now when I go try to update it get the network error or server error occured. I have plenty of space wifi is on idk what else to try. >t says that it hasn't even checked for update since the 6th

i would call or visit your provider and ask them if they are having issues with updates. it could be your provider and not your phone.

go to settings and then about pone or software information...look for build number and type here the numbers and letters u see

no updates are not put out on a consistent basis. most devices get updates 2-3 times until it goes end of life when support for it will stop. now if you are still having network errors then you will need to contact your provider.

Just wanted to update for anyone else having same problem. I was able to update to android 10 one ui 2.0 using smart switch and a computer. My phone still wouldn't update on it's own and still says last update was june 6th
