Root Work on any network?

[t0pgearl4mbo]

Hey guys;

I found a Samsung Fascinate in my local classifieds for $100, and I was wondering; Will this phone work on any network assuming the phone is rooted? Specifically I want to use the Bell Canada network.

Thanks!

Verizon.....

No, we don't have a sim card clot since Verizon runs cdma.

I think telus runs cdma but you would have to flash. Easier to get the right phone.
