Erm, the one already on the phone?

Either use the app that comes with the phone, or use TimeZone by Nobuhiro Makida. Which is an app I use as it makes it easier to calculate different times over timezones.

I find the one which is stock works correctly and even shows you the weather and temperature! what more could you want?
