I think the point here is we can take sample from amber as you stated. We can compare that data to today's data. That still doesn't necessarily mean that humans are the cause of these changes.
Fair enough, but where are the arguments for other sources supported by large amounts of data from multiple different fields of study and points of observation?

I'm not saying that we have all the answers, but most of the data we have seems to point in one direction. It is quite likely that there is something to it.
