Worst Experience for Travelling Abroad with S2

So I am over the moon with the switch from Iphone to S2, I have changed network provider from O2 to TMobile as well which is saving me

T-mo is usually good about unlocking for travel if you have been with them for a while, have you tried calling them yet. They may be able to figure out what is wrong. Good luck!
